FireComfort.com is a subsidiary of Jones Services Company, LLC. My wife and I have been conducting business in the lower Hudson Valley in NYS for over 23 years. We maintain an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau for two reasons: We strive to meet or exceed our customer's expectations and work expeditiously to correct any problems or concerns.
Two major differences between FireComfort.com and other online companies:
1.) You never have to worry that you are reaching an outsourced call center with operators reading from scripts. At Firecomfort.com, the same people who maintain our local showroom and answer our phones are the same people you will talk to when you call our toll-free customer support line at: 1-(877)-304-4328 or by chatting with us online.
2.) We are not an online reseller of countless unrelated items with limited knowledge about the products. We sell only the products and accessories we have first hand experience with and which are known for their high quality and durability.
